PATHFINDER FAIR - May 25, 2025

What: The Kentucky-Tennessee Conference Pathfinder Fair is an annual event. It is a time of celebration, sharing some of the projects the Pathfinders from around the Conference have been working on.
Who: All are invited to attend.
When: May 25, 2025 – Food Booths open at 11:00 am. Opening Ceremony starts at 9:00 am beginning with a parade and followed by a day filled with activities and demonstrations. Closing Prayer concludes the day around 4:00 pm.
Where: Highland Academy, 211 Highland Circle Drive, Portland, TN
Why: The purpose of the day is to celebrate Pathfinder ministry, affirm leadership, enjoy fellowship, and a chance to see what other clubs have done throughout the year. Parents and Guests get a taste of Kentucky-Tennessee Pathfinder ministry within our Conference.
Pathfinder Fair will be part of the KY-TN Campmeeting program. Join us for the whole weekend.

 8:30  Parade Line up - behind girl's dorm**

 9:00  Opening Ceremonies** - gym

11:00  Food Booths Open, 

1:00    Food Booths Close down and Clean up
1:00-3:30   Fair Events (lower field across from the gym)
4:00  Closing Ceremony & Awards (gym)
