Pathfinder Fair Activities 2026 

​Knots and Ropes  (Max 6 per team, Min 3 per team)
Ropes will be provided or you can use your own.

Rope toss, using short ropes connected together to create a long rope used to pull team members across a finish line (approximately 50 feet).

Knots that can be used but not limited to:
Monkey Fist (not a required knot but useful),
Square,           Sheet Bend,              Sheep Shank
Bowline           Fisherman’s Bend,     Hunter’s Bend,
Carrick Bend,   Constrictor Knot,      Slip Knot,
Bow Knot,        Double Sheet Bend,   Figure Eight

Fire Building
Wood will be provided. 

**Club will need to bring tinder, and fire-starting method.
No matches, no lighter, no Fat wood or treated fire starting wood.

You can use: Compression Method, 9-volt battery and steel wool, Bow Method, Friction Method
Fire will need to burn for at least 5 minutes.
First Aide Relay   (Max 6 per team, Min 3 per team)
Bandages and stretcher materials will be provided or can provide your own.

Bandage wound designated by activity leader, head wound, arm wound, leg wound, broken ribs.
Then build a stretcher and/or transport across an area.
What’s wrong with this camp?
A Campsite will be set up with mistakes in the camp; mistakes will need to be identified.

This will be individual or team event.
​
