Pastor David Solomon Hall, Sr., our speaker, was born and raised in what he calls the "great state of New Jersey". He graduated from Oakwood University with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree in 1993. He also graduated from the SDA Theological Seminary at Andrews University with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Youth Ministry in 2000.
Pastor Hall has been married for 25 years to the former Connie Smith, who curently teaches First Grade in Nevada.
Together they have a 22-yearold son, David Solomon Hall, Jr., who is majoring in Social Work at the University of Nevada in Reno, NV. They also have an adorable 12-year-old cat named Sly who is very much a beloved part of the family. He is a passionate advocate for children, teens, young adults, and families and has dedicated his life to introducing/ reintroducing as many people as he can to his Best Friend Jesus. His key text is found in Acts 20:24 NLT which says: “My life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus — the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.”
