                  ABOUT PATHFINDERS
Pathfinder clubs are designed to “lead members into a growing, redemptive relationship with God, build its members into responsible, mature individuals, and involve its members in active, selfless service.” (North American Division Pathfinder Staff Manual)

Currently, there are over 2 million Pathfinders worldwide. Pathfinder clubs are sponsored by Seventh-day Adventist Churches, but any young person who promises to abide by the
Pathfinder Pledge and Law is welcome to join regardless of their church affiliation.

Kentucky-Tennessee Conference Pathfinder clubs serve youth in grades 5-12. Pathfinders is a scout-like organization with and added spiritual component. Club members Participate in a wide range of physical, social, spiritual, educational, vocational, and service-oriented activities. Also, Pathfinders spend time in nature enjoying God's creation while learning valuable wilderness survival skills.

Pathfinders in grades 9-12 have the option of participating in our Teen Leadership Training(TLT) program. Teen Leadership Training(TLT) is a four year program designed to prepare teen Pathfinders to serve as future Pathfinder leaders and staff.  TLTs rotate through six operational departments: administrative, classwork/honors, outreach, camping/activity, counseling, and financial/clerical.  Participants complete leadership skills development assignments and actively apply the knowledge gained under the direction of skilled adult Pathfinder leadership.
