Procedure
Victim will be lying on the ground with two wooden poles lying nearby at the Action Line, which will be approx. 40 feet from the Start/Finish Line. At the starting signal, 4 members will run to the injured person, carrying the blanket, unfolded bandages, and splint board. They will splint the victim’s leg (one splint board on outside of leg only), make a stretcher, place the victim on the stretcher and carry the victim back across the Start/Finish Line.

Important Note - The victim’s leg must be splinted correctly using four bandages, folded correctly (fold a triangular bandage into necktie shape, 2” wide--do not roll), two bandages above the knee and two bandages below the knee. Bandages must be snug. Type of knot is optional. Victim will be lifted by all four members “first aide style”, four on one side or two on each side of the victim, and placed on the stretcher.
