CLUB FUNDRAISER
KYTN Pathfinders sell lunch items the first Sunday of (English) camp meeting. This annual event is an opportunity to serve campmeeting guests while raising money for your club. Please note, there is a fee per food booth rental fee. (see Fair Reg. - Food Booth/Pinecar)

Your food booth request is NOT honored until fees are paid. DEADLINE: MAY 4 (unless space is still available)

ALL FOOD MUST BE VEGETARIAN (NO MEAT!). ALL DRINKS MUST BE NON-CAFFEINATED!
Each Booth may sell drinks, desserts, etc. Booth space will be assigned. (Spaces are limited.) Spaces with access to electricity is very limited and is assigned on a "first come, first served" basis.
If YES to electricity and you have been informed that you will have a space with electricity access, you must bring own heavy duty extension cord(s), 50 ft. lengths. If you need electricity and did not obtain one of the few spaces with access, you will need to bring a generator. |
