CLUB FUNDRAISER

KYTN Pathfinders sell lunch items the first Sunday of (English) camp meeting.  This annual event is an opportunity to serve campmeeting guests while raising money for your club.  Please note, there is a $25.00 fee per food booth rental fee. (Club must be registered with KYTN conference) 

Your food booth request is NOT honored until fees are paid. DEADLINE:  MAY 2  (unless space is still available)

ALL FOOD MUST BE VEGETARIAN (NO MEAT!).  ALL DRINKS MUST BE NON-CAFFEINATED!

*Food Court is FULL for 2024! Additional registrations will be put on a waiting list. (see note*)

    Electricity will be granted on "First Requests" basis. Our available electricity is very limited. 
    $25.00 FEE can be made ONLINE
    or a check must be postmarked by May 2 to hold your space.

    *If food court is full, a waiting list will be considered after May 2, if there are cancellations or booth rental fees are not paid.

If YES to electricity, you must bring own heavy duty extension cord(s), 50 ft. lengths.
